After a rare week off, the Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Nashville with 12 fights that are now official following the UFC Nashville weigh-ins.

Headlining the UFC on ESPN fight night card is a heavyweight fight between Derrick Lewis and Tallison Teixeira. As expected, both men successfully came in under the 266-pound limit for the five-round main event.

A fan-favorite fighter inside the Octagon, Lewis (28-12, 1 NC) is looking to build on recent momentum. 2-1 in his last three fights, TKO wins over Marcos Rogerio de Lima and Rodrigo Nascimento have shown that "The Black Beast" is still dangerous. Now 40, the heavyweight veteran will look to fend off an opponent 15 years younger. Lewis officially weighed 261 pounds for the fight.

This is the biggest fight in the career of Teixeira (8-0). The undefeated prospect recently debuted with a win over Justin Tafa, whom he crushed in just 35 seconds. The Brazilian is getting a much tougher opponent in his second UFC fight. "Xicao" will look to announce himself as a heavyweight to watch with a win and stepped on the scale weighing 259 pounds.

UFC Nashville will air in its entirety on ESPN and ESPN+ on Saturday. Prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT, while the main card kicks off at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
